In stead of spending a lot of time on each reservation site updating your allotments and prices, go to Hotel-Spider. Thanks to the powerful functionality of Hotel-Spider, you now only have to update one single screen. Subsequently the spider takes care of the distribution of your information to the reservation sites of your choice. Hotel-Spider uses only XML two-way connections

How does it work ?

Hotel-Spider has contact with several large reservation platforms (Booking.com, HRS.com, Hotel.de,Venere.com, RatesToGo.com, etc.). When you enter your prices and allotments in our application, we send these immediately to the reservation platforms with which you have an agreement. When one of these platforms generates a reservation, it sends this to us. Hotel-Spider therefore knows that your availability data has changed. Right away it communicates the new allotments to these reservation platforms.

Let's take an example:

Hotel Seaside has 10 double bedrooms. It has agreements with Booking.com, Hotel.de et Venere.com. Therefore Hotel-Spider sends this information to these three reservation platforms. Shortly after the activation of the service, the hotel receives its first reservation through Booking.com. It is for two double rooms for three nights. Booking.com sends the information to Hotel-Spider, so that the manager of the hotel will dispose of all necessary information. Immediately after having received the reservation, Hotel-Spider goes to work. Because for the dates of the reservation received, the hotel now only has 8 double rooms left. Hotel-Spider makes contact with the three reservation platforms, with which the hotel has an agreement and sends the information that for this period Hotel Seaside now only has 8 double rooms left.

How are the costs calculated ?

There are two types of costs : First a fixed annual fee of 50,00 Euro per 10 rooms (Maximum amount limited to 300,00 euros). For this you get the right to use Hotel-Spider, you will receive all the additions to its functionality and we try to connect you to the reservation platforms you prefer. And you will receive our full support in establishing agreements with the other reservation platforms Hotel-Spider already is connected to.

Secondly the cost per room reservation, that is 0,50 Euro. Independent of the number of people that use the room, you only pay 0,50 Euro per night in a room. To come back to our example above 2 * 3 nights = 6 nights. 6 nights * 0,50 Euro =3,00 Euro for this reservation.
