Not included in these prices are the tariffs charged by the reservation platforms you wish to be connected to (commissions, annual fees, etc.).
You can have your hotel management program (PMS) connected to Hotel-Spider. A steadily increasing number of hotel management program suppliers create an interface between their program and Hotel-Spider. When you have your hotel management program connected to Hotel-Spider a monthly fee of Euro 25,00 will be invoiced. For every reservation that comes in, Hotel-Spider will send you en email. Hotel-Spider also offers the option of a fax instead of an e-mail. The price of the e-mail is included in the tariff. If you opt for the possibility of receiving a fax, a monthly fee of Euro 25,00 will be invoiced to you.
All our prices are without VAT.
Hotel-Spider does not charge a set-up fee. And the costs of the Help Desk (telephone and/or e-mail) are included in the above tariffs.
