Hotel-Spider recently launched a customer survey and we received many responses. We would like to share some of the highlights with you.

Hotel-Spider recently launched a customer survey in order to evaluate our product and service and we have received many results!
We were able to come up with some very interesting responses and statistics. Here are some of the highlights.

On a scale of 1 - 5 stars with 5 being the best:

  97% of our customers gave us a rating of to stars for overall satisfaction with Hotel-Spider

 86%  of our customers gave us to stars for overall satisfaction with our support service

  97%  said they would recommend us!

We will be looking over the results and suggestions in the coming months and will apply them to further improve the Hotel-Spider experience. Hotel-Spider can be tested free of charge and without any commitment from your side. You can subscribe to the test by clicking on this site.

You can be connected to any number of reservation sites on the list and start receiving reservations. This way you can test Hotel-Spider in real life circumstances. The first month will not be invoiced. If after this month, you are fully satisfied with Hotel-Spider, you simply continue to use it.
