HRS Press Release: Quality Seal for Channel Managers

The HRS Group labels Hotel-Spider with a Preferred IT Partner seal

Cologne, 11th August 2015 – Distribution is a complex and time-consuming topic for the hotel industry. Different markets require intelligent systems that support the hotelier with their daily work. Due to this, the HRS Group offers their hotel partners a choice of more than 100 certified Channel Managers. Partner companies that stand out with particularly high standards receive the quality seal “Preferred IT Partner”. The seal, which was introduced at the beginning of 2015, appears prominently in the extranet of the HRS Group. It indicates to the hotelier that they may expect a high functionality from the respective Channel Managers, for example, an interface that meets the latest technical standards of the HRS Group, and a support that is particularly customer- and solution-oriented. Up to now, the following Channel Managers have received the quality seal: Availpro, Cultuzz GmbH (Cultuzz), Touronline AG (DIRS21), TravelClick, Winres Hospitality (Smarthotel), A.E.C. srl (Vertical Booking/Blastness) and Tourisoft Sàrl (Hotel-Spider).

Connecting the mutual hotel partners quickly and efficiently with the interface and offering them a particularly good customer service afterwards is the aim of the measure. The seal serves as a guidance for hotels that have not worked with a Channel Manager so far. The Channel Managers profit from mutual marketing actions and take part in technical innovations and adjustments as development and pilot partners.

“As an innovative and customer-oriented service provider, we are constantly improving our services and solutions for our partners. The HRS Group focuses especially on promoting a close cooperation with their Channel Management partners and increasing the satisfaction of the associated providers,” says Aryphone Belly who is responsible for the partnership management at the HRS Group.
