OPERA Property was designed for hotel groups and chains, resorts, casinos, and cruise ships. It has been widely implemented on an international level and supports differences in language, currency, and country-specific regulations.  

   

You can use the OPERA system’s practical front desk functionality to simplify any number of things: the system gives you the option to check guests in with one click. OPERA Palm integration supports remote check-in. Rooms can be automatically blocked, too. 

  

The system helps organize complex operational tasks via the integrated Oracle® Report Writer, and can provide personalized statistics for any hotel or hotel chain.  

  

If a new room reservation is received directly from your website or via an online platform, for example, our interface enables lightning-fast synchronization between the Hotel-Spider Channel Manager and the OPERA property management system.
