The new Hotel-Spider
Tourisoft was founded in 2002 with the aim of helping the tourism industry to centralize reservations. Since then we have changed our focus on the hospitality sector through our Hotel-Spider platform. Our industry is constantly changing, that’s why we have made our system evolve to meet the newly arising needs of our customers. In 2016 we launched the 4th version of our platform, establishing the basis for the coming evolutions.
2018 marks the beginning of an exciting new phase for Hotel-Spider. Since March we operate from our new office in Berlin and a few days ago we launched both our new website and our new and first mobile booking engine.
Our goal has always been to simplify the complex distribution landscape through our systems. As a dedicated and passionate team, we use our diverse knowledge and perspectives to create solutions and thus empower hotels. We focus on the technical details so that you can take care of your guests.
We strive to continue simplifying, integrating and optimizing our system in order to make it the central point of our customers’ online sales. In the near future, we will further develop our connectivity centre and implement the centralized management of content and connection to metasearch sites. In the long term, we will give our clients the possibility to utilise Hotel-Spider data for actionable analytics using artificial intelligence. The more we implement technology to automate business processes, the more time both you and we have to focus on the human relationships with our partners, guests and clients.
