We have already used various channel managers in our hotel. However, these systems did not offer me the freedom to implement my own strategies. Hotel-Spider offers us great flexibility: just last week, I was able to create a new rate within just a few minutes and connect it with the OTAs. In addition, the possibility to manage each portal individually is extremely important in terms of our online strategy. The user interface is really easy to use but at the same time reflects the entire complexity of our establishment.
